  3. How does VAP differ form other service providers? Typically, a property owner will outsource the services they need with various firms. Patching together a team that isn’t necessarily focused on a common goal can be problematic. The VAP model is better as its initial goal is establishing a strategic asset management plan that’s designed to maintain & enhance the value of CRE assets within the parameters of the owner’s objectives. Furthermore, the implementation of that strategic asset management plan is handled by a proven team of professionals who have successfully worked together in the past and who are led by the consultant who developed the strategic plan. The plan or roadmap is half the battle. Execution is the rest.

  4. How does VAP work? It’s simple. First, we start from the perspective that we treat our client’s assets as if they were our own. From there, with input from the owner and the appropriate VAP team members, we put in place a plan for the property, a road map so to speak. If approved by the owner, our team executes each part of the plan, step by step, until each goal is achieved.

  5. What services are most in demand currently? Every owner is revisiting their marketing strategy. They’re working to keep the tenants they have & attract new ones. Most marketing plans in place today are dated & don’t work. We’re busy creating aggressive marketing plans for our clients that are reflective of current marketing conditions. We are implementing new strategies that are moving the needle.

  6. Who can benefit? First of all, any owner who’s not happy with the current performance of their CRE assets should consider rethinking their current strategy. specifically, absentee owners who need high quality troops on the ground can almost always benefit. Virtually every owner can benefit from a fresh perspective. As a note, we fully refund our evaluation fee if clients are not completely satisfied after 60 days.

  7. What’s the cost? Generally, no more than that owners are currently paying for the same services. We typically find ourselves delivering significantly better results for the same price owners are currently paying.
